Stan Rosen is a Principal at Rosen-Harbottle Commercial Real Estate. Stan is recognized as a leading broker in the commercial real estate industry. He began his real estate career in 1977 and started his own company in 1988. He joined with Partner, Jerry Harbottle in 1996. His expertise ranges from investment sales, office, high-tech and industrial leasing and sales, to development of commercial property.

Rosen Properties owns and manages over 2,245,950 square feet of Retail, Industrial and Office throughout the Puget Sound region.

Rosen is responsible for raising capital for the acquisition of the Rosen Property Portfolio, which has a market value in excess of $289 million. Rosen's expertise in asset acquisition and portfolio management stems from personal investment in each acquisition and experience exceeding 30 years in commercial Brokerage and acquisition.

Jerry Harbottle is a principal at Rosen-Harbottle Commercial Real. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1988. In 1996, Jerry and partner, Stan Rosen, started Rosen~Harbottle Commercial Real Estate. Jerry has gained extensive experience in sales/acquisitions, leasing and asset management of commercial properties. Jerry participates as an investor in the partnerships formed through Rosen-Harbottle Commercial Real Estate. Having an ownership interest in the projects enables him to better understand the elements of investment, leasing and asset management.

Education:

Mimi received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and also graduated from the University of Washington Real Estate Extension Program. Mimi is pursuing a CCIM Designation.

 

Experience:

Mimi’s career began as a Property Assistant with another large Seattle real estate firm in the area.  She also gained experience as a Financial Analyst with a local mortgage brokerage company.  At Rosen~Harbottle, Mimi’s duties include working closely with the principals on acquisitions, sales and financing, leasing and asset management.

As the Director of Acquisitions at Rosen~Harbottle Commercial Real Estate, Chad works closely with both Stan Rosen and Jerry Harbottle to carefully grow and improve the Rosen Properties portfolio of over $289 million of commercial real estate holdings.  He began his career in commercial real estate in 1997, specializing in the sales and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties.  Chad works effectively to find solutions that meet the needs of his clients with efficiency, quality, and care.

Josh joined Rosen-Harbottle Commercial Real Estate as a Leasing Specialist. Previously, he worked in the banking industry underwriting multi-family and residential loans. He is currently pursuing a CCIM designation.

Josh works directly with the Principals of the company, Stan Rosen and Jerry Harbottle. He is responsible for effectively directing the leasing team in marketing, leasing vacant space and completing lease renewals in a portfolio of over 2,245,950 square feet of industrial, office and retail properties. Other responsibilities include tenant representation and brokerage services.

Education:  Grant graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree

Experience:

After graduating from the University of Georgia, he moved to Seattle where he worked for an international hotel company gaining valuable business sales experience. Grant joined Rosen~Harbottle in May of 2005.

Grant’s primary duties include leasing and marketing of vacant space, renewing leases of existing tenants in the more than 2,245,950 square foot Rosen Properties portfolio, tenant representation and brokerage services.


 

 

Jack Rosen

Education: Jack received a Bachelor of Arts from Lynn University in 2006.

Experience: After receiving his degree, Jack worked as a sales rep for Gucci Timepieces, representing the entire Southeast region.  While there, he gained valuable experience as he interacted with Gucci Corporate office, the local manager, members of his sales team and clients.

Jack represents Rosen Properties as a leasing agent, negotiating leases and renewals for a portfolio of more than 2,245,950 square feet of commercial space.


 

Robert Piatok

Education:
Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.  He obtained his Washington Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 1987 and became an Associate Broker in 1992.  In 2001, Rob obtained the Real Property Administrator® designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association and in 2006, he was sworn in as a Certified Property Manager® through the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Rob is also a Notary Public.

 

Accomplishments:

Rob is responsible for all aspects of management of the Rosen Properties portfolio of assets, including overseeing a group of property managers and support staff.  Rob’s twenty year career in real estate evolved from selling residential properties in the 1980’s to managing multi-family and mid-rise office buildings in the 1990’s to operating high-rise, mixed-use product for the last several years.  Rob utilizes his intimate understanding of the fiscal, physical and operational aspects of property management in his pursuit of value creation and superior customer service for all properties.  Rob is a member of the Executive Council of IREM Chapter #27.

Connie Hornbaker is the Accounting Manager for Rosen Properties. In her capacity as Accounting Manager, she maintains and operates all financial aspects of Rosen Properties through Yardi's computerized accounting system.
