Experience

As a Managing Broker at Rosen Harbottle, Brian oversees leasing for the portfolio and works on sourcing new investment sale opportunities.  Having completed thousands of transactions throughout the Puget Sound region, Brian is able to consistently leverage his market knowledge, industry relationships, and long term outlook to deliver favorable outcomes.

In addition to his work on the Rosen Harbottle portfolio, Brian works with a select group of clients on third party leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Outside of work, Brian primarily spends his time with his wife, two daughters, and mountain biking local trails.
