Accomplishments: Nick joined Rosen Properties in 2012, bringing more than 10 years of management and customer service experience. His previous responsibilities included the coordination of general property maintenance, tenant improvements and capital projects; executing lease renewals; and assisting in the due diligence processes for investment opportunities.
Nick’s portfolio consists of 382,000+ square feet covering more than 80 tenants. As Property Manager for numerous Retail, Industrial and Office buildings located throughout the Puget Sound region, he is responsible for supervising tenant/capital improvements, producing annual budgets and maintaining and enhancing the condition of all properties. He focuses on creating great working relationships with tenants by providing them with professionalism, efficiency and friendly customer service.
